| Notes: | The Murder Capital as support act (also recorded) were probably not allowed to do a sound check, so bad was the sound, so I feared the worst. Placebo had a very bass-heavy, but fortunately much more balanced sound; not comparable to Tilburg two days before, but who saw Placebo last year would have been satisfied anyway. The band was in a good mood, made announcements in German and Stefan threw a plectrum to the family with two young boys next to me during the show; I made sure that they got the plec and not some drunken guy around us. At the end of the show Stefan jumped over the boxes directly in front of me from the stage to the audience (the box wobbled dangerously, but held), handed the second boy a plec as well and shook hands with many in the front row, including me. | |||||
