| Notes: | Talking Heads at the Captiol Theater in Passaic New Jersey on September 11, 1977. The show was billed as New Wave in New Jersey and featured Eddie and the Hotrods, Talking Heads, and The Ramones. There might have been another band that opened, possibly The Senders. Eddie was posted a few days ago and the Ramones will follow shortly. The first song has speed problems and the batteries died completely during the second and third songs. I am not posting those. I used a Sony TC182 or TC183 at the time, and the fact that the batteries died indicates that this was recorded on the TC182, which went through four D cells in about 90 minutes. The 183 was very similar but came out a year or so later and was much better with batteries, maybe 3 hours for four d cells. | |||||
