Notes:
- Some post processing was done on the crowd noise, the mics were at least 25'
   above the crowd and 75' from the stage.  This created a very removed feeling
   on the tape.  I bumped the crowd noise between songs a few db and added some
   compression to bring the close clapping down to the same level. The crowd
   around the mics in the balcony was very respectful, so there was very little
   adjusting necessary.  This was done to the crowd noise between songs only.
- Big thanks to the DMB crew for trying to straighten out the stand situation
   with local security.  In the end, the sound in the balcony was perfect!
