Updated the setlist as follows:

Considerable maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, etc.)

Of major note is identifying the opening track to be the same tune we temporarily called "Beatles-ish feel" from the April 2007 acoustic run.

Another moment of interest is the intro section that leads into Norah 6, which I've also found on 5/21/2000, which I had referred to as Norah 6 before but it's not always played, nor is it on the album version.
