Just glancing at this txt file a lot of this makes 0 sense. Here are the issues I see both with the txt file and with the sourcing, perhaps you can help me out.
First off, it isn't the Phil Lesh Quartet it's either Phil and Friends or Phil Lesh and Friends. Also, where are your track numbers?
In the notes you have the original source... that should go up top on the Txt file, but thats minor. Were the Sennheisers running straight to the Dat and then you ran the DAT backwards through the pre afterwards to get it on your vaio? Can you elaborate more on what you did with the remastering?

If you read done the info file where the "Notes" begin it says: "Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com on June 3, 2002." I'd try sending an email to jashley@deadacated.com to contact the person that did the remastering.

A comment on this fine PLQ show - I believe it's Phil Lesh Quintet at the core: Molo, Barrraco, Herring, Whatzhisname and Phil.
