What was the sense of removing some of the mid range? Please leave equalization to the end listener. Have them tune the sound to their liking.

I also put the Schoeps CMC641 in circulation and noticed the KM140 > MP2 source is also widely circulated. If you have an issue with the mid-range on this, please seek one of the other un-edited sources.

Also just noticed that set 1 was actually KM140's w/ the bodies, thus making a KM184 but thought I'd note this for all you purists out there...

Actually technically a KM100 + a 40 cap is a KM140 not a 184 even though they have the same specs. Because of the sheer fact that the 184 is a fixed unit it shouldn't be confused with a 40 cap and a 100 body used w/o the actives.
