--Mics were located on the stage and were raised to ~5'.
--There is distortion during the Intro and the first few minutes of
   Lost John due to a bad cable connection.

Transfer: Fostex D-5 > optical out > Tascam CDRW-700 > pass
          through to convert to S/PDIF > M-Audio Microtrack II >
          HP Pavilion a656x > CD Wave (to track) > r8brain 1.9 (to
          resample to 44.1k) > Trader's Little Helper 2.4.1 (to
          .flac at Level 8)
