Notes:
- These are 16-bit files suitable for burning to a CD. A 24-bit
  fileset is also available.
- Thanks to Brandon Smith for loaning me his mic cables, and to Jon
  Pasternak for the generous mic loan.
- Set I intro was the band taking the stage to an untitled Neutral Milk
  Hotel track they used to use years ago. Set II's intro was a reference
  to their entrance on 10/30/99, where they lowered from the rafters,
  wearing tuxedoes, to the theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey. This time,
  they were normally-attired, and the same song was butchered by an
  unidentified (and possibly self-produced) horn section.
