Notes:
-This is a 16 bit, 44.1khz version for CD/ipod/etc.  The original 24 bit, 96khz version exists in flac format.
-overloaded levels in beginning of JTR.  woops
-v3 battery swap between "Shake Me Like a Monkey" and "Busted Stuff." Lost 3 seconds but crossfaded so it's inaudible.
