Notes:
First time seeing The Goos since 3/1/96 w/ Bush & No Doubt. The setlist has
certainly changed since then (sans "Name"), but they still put on a wonderful
show. They have a new record coming out this summer, "Something for the Rest
of Us" & played 4 songs from it. All sounded pretty good and were what one
would expect from the Goo Goo Dolls - great radio friendly pop rock.
Regarding the recording, not much was done w/ post EQ, but I did bump up the
bass a little & amplified "Acoustic #3" & "Sympathy" by 2.5% as they were
quieter acoustic songs. It all sounds pretty good, I was very fortunate I had
my reserved seat where it was in the theatre, which was a beautiful venue,
by the way. I highly recommend seeing a show there.
