d2t08 is "Truncated", although the actual File is fine. Using TLH, I was to decode through errors to get the WAV File. I then used CDWave to open the file (I selected Yes on the Header question), and saved it again without any changes. This "Fixed" the issue. Here is the FFP I generated:
