Jazzfandc and I caught the Circus last year as it passed through the area and we had a great time. This year, although somewhat truncated also was a very good time. I think Augustana and the Crows compliment each other very well. Notar was excellent and a pleasant pace changer throughout the evening.
The recording is very nice. The first third is without any obnoxious audience interference. The second third of the show has a slightly chatty couple finding there way into the seats directly in front of me. The last third pretty much has me surrounded by what would seem to be all of the drunks in the audience. I make it sound worse than it really is, you really can't hear the talking while the music is playing.
Enjoy
As always, thanks to Jazzfandc for the photos incorporated into the artwork.
