Notes:
* This was first time I ran the 722 with a new firmware version that
had some issues with overages on the levels.  I ran the 722 way
hot for the firmware and the location.  There are overs throughout
the tape during the loud sections.  I did my best to minimize the
impact.  It's all in the left channel because my left mic was
pointed more towards the bass cabinets.  I couldn't just copy right
to left because the bass is predominantly louder in the left
channel.  If someone who has more patience than me wants, I will
provide the unedited version of the few tracks where I tried to
  reduce the problem (05, 06, 08, 10, 14, 16, 17, and 19)

- This tape is not for the faint of heart.  The bass is very heavy.
Parts of it are unberrable to listen to because of the overs, but
most of the songs sound fantastic.
- There's some wind noise.  It's the Gorge, that happens.
