Almost certainly recorded off the radio, based on a sharp signal drop off at 14kHz.

I was at this show (35th row on the floor). Pure Prairie League opened up for them. The complete Allman Brother Band portion of the show was indeed broadcast live on WLIR-FM. I'm not sure if the opener was also broadcast or not. My ride had to leave during the encore and we listened to the rest of the show on the radio while driving home.
