Note:
This recording came to me as "Cassette Master > Stand-alone CD burner > CD". This might not be an accurate description of what it really is. Somebody evidently played with the source material on the way as we have a cross-fade between t13 and 14. To add insult to injury, the commonly circulating version has four extra tracks at the end which come from the Toronto 1988-11-09 FM broadcast (inferior to the DiLeCo version), hence do not belong here. Afaik, there is no more/other material attributed to this date in general circulation, so nearly 1 hour of the actual concert is missing.
