Notes:
Ed Guidry's raw 24 bit, 48 kHz Neumann AK40/LC3/KM100 > Grace Design Lunatec V3 (DIGITAL OUT) > Oade Concert Mod Edirol R-44 master was used to patch the following passages in set 2, due to a loose battery connection causing drop-outs on the Schoeps master.
00:00 - 01:23
01:50 - 01:54
14:44 - 14:45
34:25 - 34:26
63:44 - 63:45
Jason Sobel inverted the polarity of Ed's raw master file, matched its levels to the Schoeps raw master file and performed the necessary crossfades. All of his editing was done in Samplitude SE v9.1.1.
Ed and I had our microphones on the same stand for the 2nd set, with his being approximately two inches above mine; both were mounted in the DIN (20 cm, 90º) configuration.
The show was general admission seating.
Thanks to John Crouch for the tickets.
Thanks to Steven Weld and Ed Guidry for the clamp space during set 1 and set 2, respectively.
DPA UA0896 windscreens were used to protect the microphones.
Wolfman's included a vocal jam, as well as a Streets of Cairo tease from Trey.
The "dry ice factory" line in Cities was changed to "Genesee factory".
Bowie featured Guyute teases throughout the intro, as well as several sections of Wilson jamming with Guyute lyrics during the song proper.
Wilson, Saw It Again and Antelope all included Guyute teases from Trey, and Page also teased Guyute at the very end of Antelope.
The Antelope intro also contained a Nellie Kane tease from Mike.
Wilson also had its lyric changed to "I must inquire Guyute" and Trey teased Guyute instead of saying "Marco Esquandolas" in Antelope.
Piper contained Birds of a Feather teases.
Personnel:
Trey Anastasio - electric guitar, vocals
Jon Fishman - drums, vocals
Mike Gordon - electric bass guitar, vocals
Page McConnell - keyboards, vocals
