Recording Quality A(-)
Kyle Eastwood is Clint Eastwood's son. He is also a very talented bass player who has written and arranged some interesting material, much of which is his own. The only non
original here is Big Noise From Winnetka written by Bob Haggart as Haggart's own bass feature with the Bob Crosby Bobcat band in the 1940's.
Some excellent solos, not only by Eastwood, but Norris and Rigby. I haven't heard of either of them, but it made me wonder what it takes to make it in today's jazz world.
The Lake George Jazz festival is a first class event where they actually have exclusively jazz performed there in an initmate and beautiful surrounding.
