I've updated the setlist above: d1t07 was labelled as 'Jam', but I've relabelled it as 'Improv/Intro > Combustication >'. That's definitely Combustication in there and it seems to me that the music preceding it is often there with Combustication (see beginning of 12/6/97 Set II for comparison) so I've called it an Intro as well.
