What a wonderful piece of history this is, thanks Jim and Darrin (and Bill Gadsden, I assume)! I haven't worked through all of this yet, but d3t02 "Baby Please Come Back to Me" is actually Prisoner Blues (see, e.g., the entry in the Grateful Dead lyric and song finder. d2t09 is a Jam (and a beautiful one at that).

This is a fabulous show... just read a bit about the Mickey & The Hartbeats history and wanted to hear it for myself. Wow! Great playing, exceptional quality, and a neat piece of history.

I have owned this show on tape for many years - it's excellent to hear it digitized. A closer listening of this format strongly suggests that tracks D2T01 ("tuning") and D2T02 ("St Stephen Jam", which is cut) are out of place. D2T03 is actually a continuation of D1T05 (that's why it is "Other One esque"). Also: D2T09 is NOT "Prisoner Blues" (see note below from Joe Jupille) and it should read as "Jam >" as it fades out then fades back in to continue on D3T01.

Actually, the Compendium Vol. 1 lists D3T02 as "Baby Please Come Back To Me". They also say that Bishop played the same song on 10/8/68.
