Notes:
- First 1:20 of d1t01 is badly plagued by tape speed issues; this happened on an
  earlier generation of the tape as repeated playbacks yield exactly the same
  distortions, and the tape appears to move at a uniform speed.
- Tape flip at 5:48 of d1t08.
- Board feed was turned off after the main set; I removed 38 seconds of silence
  at 13:36 of d2t03. Board feed cuts again after d2t94 so the first few notes of
  d2t05 are missing. It also cuts out right after the last note, cutting off the
  usual song-ending feedback and crowd cheering.
