Remaster Notes (RyeRyeRocco): This was a tough one to work on. Austin Music Hall is notoriously boomy. Most recordings I have heard from any band there have been muddy. This recording was not bad to begin with, but slightly muddy and boomy. It was a challenge to get the boom out without erasing Mike, while brightening the lyrics without S's sounding like hi-hats. This show also has a lot of no-mic parts, which I wanted to bring to the front. I finally got 'er as good as she's getting, all tracks remastered on my mac in Logic Pro 9.1.7.
- Ran Fourier Spectrum Analysis to determine anomalies.
- Simple 4 band EQ (very slight slight mid & treble boost) fed into >
- *Very* gentle analog Multiband Compressor with flat pre and post gains, .04 sec attack, .04 sec release, -32.5 dB Threshold, 40 dB Headroom
- Normalized each track independently to 0 dB
