Walkin' All Night
Fat Man In The Bathtub
Red Streamliner
Oh Atlanta
1. A Day At The Dog Races
All That You Dream
Skin It Back
2. On Your // Way Down
3. Time Loves A Hero/
4. Day Or Night
5. Old Folks Boogie
6. Rock & Roll Doctor
7. Cold Cold Cold
8. Dixie Chicken >
9. Tripe Face Boogie (cuts)
~ Unnumbered tracks are missing. There is a several-second gap in the middle of On Your Way Down. Time Loves A Hero
ends prematurely and Tripe Face Boogie ends about halfway through.
~ with the Tower Of Power Horns.
Featroller notes: many thanks to davmar77 for the upload at dimeadozen.org. This was one of the shows
where the tracks that became Waiting For Columbus were recorded. The tracks included here did not wind up on
the album, so they amount to alternate versions. The arrangements are very similar to the album tracks except
for Dixie Chicken, which has a much longer horns break in the middle. They are also unedited, as the album tracks
were heavily dubbed in the studio. Sound quality is very good, without much of the hiss common to recordings of
this generation. This makes an excellent companion to the 8/2/77 Rainbow Theatre London recording, another of
the WFC shows:
