By the way, these shows feature both Donna Godchaux and Maria Muldaur on vocals. The performances were very fine and quite energetic. I saw both of these shows from the floor level, where the sound is best at Paramount. If these shows exist as soundboards it would be a real treat to hear them. In the late show both Catfish John and Love In The Afternoon are real highlights.

Love to get my hands on this show, first set in particular, and if there's another Mission that compares, I want that too! Anyone have a B&P, or a download to offer a digital newbie? Unless I'm on glue, the only link here is to the information file, which is nice, but doesn't quite do it for me...

I suspect that the mics used were not Nak 700s. This is a bit early for that (first use known to me was around April 1979), though it's just a speculation and I am prepared to be prove wrong.
