Notes and fixes:
-Many references to 'Jimmy Eat World' who was playing upstairs at the Tabernacle and to
'Papa Roach' who played last time Lake Trout was at the Cotton Club.
-Okay, this was a bitch to track out so I very well could have made a mistake. If so, please    let me know and I'll fix it up.  Please don't try to fix it yourself since then we'll have    a thousand different md5's circulating.
-on d1t02 while adjusting the levels, I couldn't tell my R from L and subsquently
overloaded the R channel from 0:15-1:36 (really only noticeable 1:02-1:23)...I've fixed it    up to the best of my ability in Soundforge 4.5 by lowering the amplitude of the R channel     and applying a channel converter (70%L, 30%R) to remove some of the distortion...
you'll notice the stereo effect but it is better. Sorry!! :-)
