Notes:
- Exactly one minute of applause was removed at 11:20 of d2t10 to
make it fit on an 80-minute disc. If you *really* want the extra
minute of clapping for historical integrity, let me know and we'll
arrange something. ;)
- The Dave Matthews/Carter Beauford three-song set during set break
was also included on the DAT I received, but as the show was already
circulating, it is not included with this SHN set. I do have it
available if desired.
