Even though the APE file has verification built in, how do I know that the APE files I download are the same ones as this seed? What if someone else seeds this show in APE format or modifies the wav files and distributes that modified version? How can I tell which one I have? Wouldn't it still be preferable to have the "md5" or equivalent signature files independently listed here to insure that everyone is referencing exactly the same seed?
