I am responsible for all of the above except the convertion to Shn. Myself, I do not use Shn and find it too time- consuming, though I do not disagree nor disapprove of it.
The only missing info is the coversion from 48khz(master DAT) > 44.1khz which was done in Cooledit 2000 for the CD.
