Notes:
- First and only known playing of "The Rhythm" (cuts in).
- The "But Anyway" takes are the album version of the song and not the
  band playing. The first two are incomplete (cut off by the director).
- Some of these tracks have a large amount of dead air in them since
  the mic feeds from the stage were turned off during takes of the video
  and not always turned back on right away. Tons of banter as well.
