NOTES:

Original source from GDLive.com.
Runaway Jim, the You Enjoy Myself vocal jam and the intro to the second set were patched in from a (DSBD/3) cassette copy of the show.
These flaws were noted on the etree db for a similar source:
Disc 1/Track 8 - AC/DC Bag: There is a digi-pop at around 7:20-7:25
Cool Edit's click/pop repair function was used in "fix single click" mode on the right channel only to not totally repair the bad spot (which was not happening), but to render it inaudible.
Disc 2/Track 2 - Sparkle: There is a "skip" at around 2:02-2:05
This appears to be a bad spot in the master, as it is also on my cassette.

MORE NOTES:

All of the copies of this show circulating on the internet, whether on Etree, Further, GDLive, or wherever, seem to be sourced from the same bootleg CD.  Unfortunately, the makers of said bootleg, apparently concerned that the show would take three discs to reproduce in its entirety, decided on the alternate course of cutting Runaway Jim from the first set and the You Enjoy Myself vocal jam from the second.

The entire show was treed back in 1996 on cassette.  This show was only seen by a small number of people as it was an unannounced show.  A first generation cassette off the soundboard was released, apparently, and this was used as the seed for the tree.  I received a 3rd gen copy in what was my first ever B&P from someone who was on the tree.

I used my cassette copy to complete one of the currently circulating versions, as it seems that no one who has a lower gen copy is interested in transferring the whole show.  I transferred both Runaway Jim and the vocal jam as well as the very beginning of the second set, which is also cut on the bootleg.  The cuts and crossfades were all done in ProTools, then the wavs were joined with shntool and split with CDWAV.  There is some tape hiss on the cassette segments, but I don't think it's too distracting.

I also decided, since there was a lot of extra disc space, to include the filler from the original cassette, because I like it.  If you don't like filler on your discs, don't burn the last three tracks of the third disc.

Cheers!
