Lineage info:
--The lineage for this recording remains uncertain. Many copies, including the source for these shns, are listed as SBD>MR>PCM>D>CD. However, Eaton lists this show as SBD>MC>C>D>CD. Therefore, this show was likely mastered on cassette, and this recording sounds as if it has one analog generation, plus or minus a possible PCM generation.
Notes:
--splice at 9:57 in He's Gone
--dropout at 1:27 in Around & Around
--U.S. Blues is from an unknown sbd source
--Sound Forge was used for normalization and minor edits

At about 2:37-2:40 of D2T03 during an equipment fix interval, it sounds to me that Jerry quotes the "Close Encounters" theme that is assoacited with the "Space" on 1/22/78. If so, this would be an earlier appearance of that theme.

And, FWIW, the theme appears a number of times during the November-December 1977 JGB tour.
