Update 2019-06-07:
I recorded this when I was living in Syracuse almost 20 years ago. I moved shortly after this show to a city that didn't have a lot going on live music-wise and I sort of got out of taping and trading for a bit, I guess. Going by the file dates, I transferred the show off of DAT in 2008 and I offered this up on dimeadozen. I remember at the time that a few people did grab it, so this show has existed out in the wild for at least 10 years now, though there hasn't been a shnid associated with it, and I'm not sure that I've ever seen it on a tracker after I first offered it up.
I'm no technowizard, so there hasn't been too much done to this recording. Transfer from DAT to PC, even out levels (maybe? I don't remember), split in to tracks, and let it loose to the world. I think it sounds pretty damn good, but if somebody thinks they can do better, then have at it.
With this new release, I am reformatting the file names to bring them in to accordance with current standards, as well as updating the metadata (which previously didn't exist). No other editing of the files has been done.
This was a fun show, and I always liked seeing bands at Styleens (RIP). I remember in the moment thinking that Conscious Evolution must be 45 minutes long, but in the clear light of day, it looks like it only clocked in at around 12 minutes - but, oh were they glorius.
Anyway, enjoy the show.
