I wish there were md5s here to check my source. Mine matches the text and is as follows: d2 listed as 10 tracks but d2t2 and d2t3 are both in d2t2, for a 9 track d2. Levels start very low and increase at about 0:20 d1t1. dn zaps 0:12-0:13 d2t3, 4:20-4:23 d3t1, 5:18 d3t2, 8:44 d3t4, 2:30 4:04 d3t6, 0:57 d3t7. Skip 0:35 d2t7. Level drops and other audio anomalies 6:55-6:58 d3t1. Other than these problems, it sounds very good.

My MD5s match the above (from j howe). I got this from bt.etree.org in early December of 2003.
There is no track Disc Two, Track 10 because Oh Kee Pa> Suzy Greenberg are on track 2 together. This makes All Things Reconsidered the last track, as track 9.
All songs are present, nothing is missing.
