Tough Mama opened.
This tape came from Caroline Welch (a/k/a Carlisle) who passed away in July 2008 and is still missed.
This is the same recording as https://etreedb.org/shn/30634 but a fresh transfer with better equipment and more care. This cassette was marked "Aud from D.A.T. Master" and Carlisle said at the time that it is a direct transfer from the DAT. Mic info is unknown. The DAT does not circulate as of November 2021.
Levels are low for the first 30 seconds. This has been improved, but just stick with it. The recording is a little bass heavy but probably reflects the sound at the venue pretty well. Tape flip after Do I Move You crossfaded with no music lost. The DAT tape was stopped after Tangled Hangers while technical problems were sorted out. The small gap, audible in the prior transfer, has been removed. The tape contained no markings about whether Dolby was used, but it sounds like it was, thus the DDI decoder.
Enjoy!
