Notes:
-The Phish Companion, HPB, and the Pharmer's Almanac list 'The Lizards' instead of 'Esther',    but I cannot find any splices or cuts that would indicate that Esther is not part of this     set.  From all indications, it appears that all the sources are incorrect and Esther is       indeed part of this show. Furthermore, 'The Lizards' appears later in the show after          'Sloth'.
-Tape flip: d1t07 07:17 (38:59)
            d1t08 04:13 (45:40)
-Splice between GTBT and Contact due to encore break
-Splice d1t10 5:26 due to second encore break

Fixes:
-Retracked show in SF4.5
-Removed pop d1t08 2:48.893 (0.025sec), 2:49.941 (<0.001sec) in SF4.5
-Removed 'hit mic sound' d1t10 0:42.290 (0.079sec), 0:42.747 (0.161sec), 0:46.366 (0.011sec)   in SF4.5
-Removed pop d1t10 0:45.814 with pencil tool in SF4.5
-Removed whine (frequency peak) -10 dB centered at 15750Hz (15600-15900 Hz) in Samplitude v6
-Applied pitch shift of -30 cents in Soundforge 4.5c (w/ anti-alias filter)

As to the Esther question, I was at this
show and I can report that they did in
fact do Esther. Ah, the good old days!
