There's a link to the source of the music presented in this remaster, but the flat pitch there as of this writing is the result of the slower original slow speed that gradually speeds up and not what you'll hear in this newly tuned up remaster.
From the page listed above, with much more for you to check out including photos and clippings:
'The Bullfrog Festival handbill advertises "Bullfrog 2," which was scheduled for the County Fairgrounds. The local newspapers designated the impromptu concert in the Courthouse Plaza as Bullfrog 2, and the actual concert in Yankton as Bullfrog 3. The Grateful Dead performed only at Yankton, and the recording of their performance is referred to as the "Grateful Dead at the Pelletier Farm." '

- Thanks to Tom Banjo and JH for their source
- Many thanks to Daniel for kickin' it off...

Although the "Updated notes" say this is a remaster of source ID 2196, it is really a remaster of source ID 165005.
Goody makes this clear with his contrast clause of his Dime upload, here:
http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=755445
This is re-enforced by the Updated note that says this files already had "Some low-end hum has already been attenuated in the previous edition", which was performed on source ID 165005.
