This show came from DAT and is posted as recorded...16 bit, 48kHz, and no CD breaks (although it will fit onto one CD).
I've had this show in my DAT collection for quite a while. Last week, I saw that the April 11, 1992 show was posted and the encore to this show, so I pulled this out and thought it'd make a nice payback to the uploader of the other show. My source says this is a Soundboard>DAT recording, which is very much is when you hear it, but I've always wondered if it was the complete show. Looking at the 4/11 shows, it fits with the time (about 65 mins), but there is no mention of whether this is the early or late show, or even if there was an early or late. The 4/11 uploader references the taper, so perhaps he can shed light on this. Also, though the last portion of the tape matches the audience "encore" portion that was up'd, there is no indication that it is in fact an encore. As you will hear on this tape, the band plays pretty much straight for 65 mins, and then it's over.
Overall it is a great tape. The mix fluctuates a couple of times as the sound engineer is getting things tuned up.
I look forward to more Meters sharing here in the future. I'm in the midst of converting my entire DAT collection to hard drive (about 1200 DATs) and from time to time, will upload as I have time.
