Part of Bird Song and all of Promised Land are mono due to a cable problem.

Audio from video soundtrack - used mainly to correct mono audience problem for Bird Song/Promised Land
Audio Patches:
1) 39.055 seconds added to AUD1 soundtrack at the beginning of set 1 from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
2) Between Hell In A Bucket and Jack-A-Roe, 1 minute and 41.624 seconds were added to AUD1 soundtrack from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
3) Between Jack-A-Roe and Wang Dang Doodle, 24.797 seconds were added to AUD1 soundtrack from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
4) Between Wang Dang Doodle and Jimmy Row, 1 minute and 50.041 seconds were added to AUD1 soundtrack from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
5) Between Jimmy Row and Mexicali Blues, 1 minute and 17.859 seconds were added to AUD1 soundtrack from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
6) Between Mexicali Blues and Bird Song, 1 minute and 38.835 seconds were added to AUD1 soundtrack from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
7) The audience version of the end of Bird Song and all of The Promised Land was mono due to a "cable problem" - I corrected this by mixing the audience soundtrack from the video into the right channnel so while not a true stereo, there is a contrast between the channels.
8) About a minute into Drums, 4 minutes and 15.889 seconds added to AUD1 soundtrack from AUD2 in order to match the video and the soundboard.
9) I used the video soundtrack as the timing reference and while the SBD1 was almost right on timewise the AUD1 was very fast averaging about 1 second a minute faster than the video.
Video Patches:
1) About a minute into Drums, 26.514 seconds were missing from the video and was filled in using graphics and matrix audio.
2) The first 22.260 seconds of The Weight were missing from the video and was filled in using graphics and matrix audio.
