Notes:
- Tape marked as: set-up center floor, front of board, mics spread 90-degrees (sounds hand-held).
- Appears that Steve got a late start; all of ISTE and first 1:26 of WFAM have been patched-in from ID-84869.
- There's a few muffled spots where the tapers apparently dipped the mics to avoid security.
