Notes:

* There is a rig problem at 6:03 during crowd noise after
Dancing Nancies that lasts for 0.500 seconds.  That sound
clipped the levels, so a normalization was done to
-10dB during the problem area.
* Sounds like a spot of diginoise right before Stream,
but it is one of Tim's effects.
* There is a rig problem at 5:11 during crowd noise after
Say Goodbye that lasts for 0.650 seconds.  That sound
clipped the levels, so a normalization was done to
-20dB during the problem area.
