The MD5s for d2 and d3 show 10 tracks each.
The extra tracks, d2t07-t10 and d3t08-t10, are unknown filler.

The heretofore unidentified filler is:
d2t07 Drumz > Good Lovin' >
d2t08 China Cat Sunflower >
d2t09 I Know You Rider >
d2t10 Good Lovin'
d3t08 Dark Star >
d3t09 St. Stephen >
d3t10 The Eleven//
The d2 filler is AUD of fair quality. I was only able to find one instance where this particular medley was performed: 7/10/70 at the Fillmore East. If that's the case, this material is probably from one of these two sources:
http://db.etree.org/shninfo_detail.php?shnid=4510
http://db.etree.org/shninfo_detail.php?shnid=17351
I streamed the copy of 17351 at LMA, and this source is missing the drum break between Good Lovin' and China Cat present in 17351, so I'm inclined to believe it's 4510. Since I don't have copy of that source (4510), I can't say for sure.
The d3 filler is SBD of fair quality. I believe it's from the 10/25/69 show at Winterland, a better copy of which is represented by:
http://db.etree.org/shninfo_detail.php?shnid=81
This source appears to be from the old cassette copy of that show, which, according to the comments for 10/25/69 at deadlists, "contains Dark Star through the William Tell vocals at the beginning of The Eleven" and "is preceded by a count off and a 1-note false start from Phil, followed by a second count off." Phil's false start can clearly be heard at the beginning of this Dark Star.
As you can plainly see, I have entirely too much time on my hands...
