NOTES ON SOURCE:
This show has already been widely circulated in an incomplete form,
missing the end of Fee and the middle of Antelope (both edited out
in a VERY slick way). After some hunting, I tracked down someone who
had this DAT with the show in its complete form from source
"Sbd -> Nakamichi cassette master -> DAT", and he kindly transferred
it for me. I went ahead and spliced in everything on disc two from 3:19
in Fee through Antelope from the nakamichi cassette master source, because
there were also a few pops in the Forbin narration. There is some clipping
in Fishman's band/crew introduction, but I didn't think it was worth
another splice to get rid of it. Disc one and Disc Three were left alone.
You can now finally enjoy this amazing show in its entirety!
