For an unknown source (and the first of this show to arrive), the sound is quite good. Vocals and bass are a tad heavy at times, but everything comes though very nicely. My only complaint is the tracking, which seems a bit off (though I've noticed that The Dead's tendency to noodle/jam between many songs makes 100% accurate song tracking nearly impossible). Doesn't take away from the enjoyment, but I just wanted to point it out nonetheless.
