What did you do to "remaster" the show is SF??? Is there some significant change? What's the point?

Jeff has provided me with the "remastering" information which is now included in the txt file. However, I don't know why it was done.

Does the remastering make that much of a difference in the sound I wonder??? Is this remaster version truly superior to the original?

Suppose we wait for someone to listen to both seeds & compare? (although i cant imagine why there would need to be any NR or EQ)
Date: 08/20/2003
I can understand why this show was EQ'd.....but it could have been done much better IMHO. The thing I don't get is why the NR?.....and also, it kinda defeats the purpose to EQ something if you run the NR before your EQ....I'd also suppose that this wasn't done on a bona-fied DAW, hence the reason the post-production was not *up to snuff*

I have uploaded this seed to a few people already and they liked what they heard. I also asked the takers to host this show for a second choice so people can try out. I posted this seed so people won't mistake the original source from this one.
Obviously they have not fulfilled my request and I apologize if I raised some aggravated eyebrows or angered anyone for this. If you want to listen to this seed e-mail me, I can upload at a steady 16Kb or can B&P it to you.

No! Don't get me wrong, I'm not bent about you doing what you did! I'm more interested in proper notation of what you did, and if your remaster is that much better than the original.

I'm all about remasters, if they are done correctly...

I have a copy of the non remastered and it has pops all the way through crosseyed and there is some serious diginoise in the begining as well. Does anybody elses? maybe mine was eac'd and nobody told me. Its the worst sounding non-mp3 sourced show I have ever listened to.
