seeded by Art H. Questions, comments-> artypants420@yahoo.com

I would like to thank Morgan Bell for the FM Slave source. Without him, this seed wouldn't have been possible. All editing and tracking was performed with WaveLab 3.0.

EDITING: The FM Slave was passed through these following devices; DC Remover, and DeNoiser. This was to remove most of the FM noise without disturbing the high-end freq's. The rest of the show was tracked with WaveLab and had the following done; DC Remover. All tracks reside on a sector boundary. This was throughly checked and rechecked numorus times before SHN compression. Enjoy!

It also sounds like Old Home Place is from the FM SBD source. The DSBD sounds like it kicks in right after the diginoise in PYITE. (btw, my md5s match the good shns)
Can anyone verify this too??

I don't know about the possible source change, but I can say that it is more than a "slight diginoise" in PYITE, there is actually about four seconds missing there. And there is about two seconds missing at the start of Suzie. I patched them in from my old AUD DAT on my copy because I'm anal that way. If I had the FM source for those few seconds, I could fix it properly...

There are also some pops/skips in Maze that I forgot to mention before...

There are more than a few samples missing from the beginning of Suzy...More like a second or more.
At least two beats of the count off are missing plus Little Suz...the track starts at "zee greenberg....

If anyone who has this could please tell me exact times of the glitches, I will check them against my DAT's that I seeded the show from. If there are glitches on my DAT's that I missed, I'll update the info file...and possibly do another re-reseed of the show if it is necessary. If you can give me exact frames in which the errors occur that would be best...if not just give an approximate time.

I agree with Rus. The Old Home Place through the PYITE digi-blip is from presumed FM source. It also soundz a bit sharp. Not so much as an entire half step, but it's definitely sharp compared to my other pre-fm source.
Date: 01/07/2002
I agree with Ralph that the beginning FM source is sharp. You can distinguish the differences in pitch when the DSBD version kicks in at the beginning of PYITE.

this show sounds awesome, but there is definitiely a FM source for 'My Home Place' and this changes to the DSBD at @ 7 seconds in 'PYITE', but music loss is minimal. The are digi-noises from the DAT during 'Maze' at 8:59-9:07, 9:18, 9:25, 9:28. other than that an excellent recording and transfer.

Ok...this show is being reseeded....again. New DAT Heads, dedicated audio workstation...gonna sound better. Ok, I did some comparisons...the SBD is FLAT..the 3 FM sources I used for this judgement were all "faster" than the SBD. I suspect this to have happened when I did the DAT clone (older DAT deck, bad motors maybe). I am working on a new version of this show....stay tuned...

And oh...BTW....that glitch in PYITE represents over 1 minute of missing material....
