The sound on this is impressive, but as noted by someone earier, it's flawed. HUGE diginoise at 6.37 in Bowie(d1t09) is annoying as hell...

This show is pretty lame. figures the tweezer sucks when theres a dsbd of it...ie 2-16-97, 8-17-96

Maybe It's just me but it seems like there is verrrry little bass coming through on the recording. Can barely hear Mike, rest of band is loud and crispy.

Not much bass indeed, just like the Live Phish recordings.....

Thought it was a damn good show, obviously not the best. Short but tight experimenting. Where the hell are the last two tracks though? did the guy step out for a smoke?
Yeah Mike's bass doesn't scream, but you know what? Bass isn't meant to be loud as hell! I can't piss and moan about anything more than all these shows with the bass cranked up the wazoo making me having to adjust my EQ all the time! Christ, you don't need to here every note Mike plays! Listen to old school jazz, those guys fuckin grooze and they arent always overly audible...the bass is meant to be felt, not to be deafening. Cheers. (sorry about the ramble)

this is a great show, but where the fuck is the bass? its a good show though, well played, like almost all PHISH shows

I noticed that this show has a particular lack of bass because when I play a show on my car stereo (with two 10" ported subs), I usually feel the bass drum and mike's low notes. But on this one I don't...I'm not complaining, just making a note for people that maybe want to seek another source.
