Updated setlist above.

Added d2t04 I Wanna Ride You to the setlist which was missing from the textfile. I don't have this remastered version of this source, but I am going to assume Ross would not have left it off his remastered version; just a slight mistake not putting it in here to begin with I'd suspect.

If anyone has this source and sees that as incorrect, please post here.

Minor maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, track times, etc.)

Again, I have made the assumption d2t04 would have circulated with this remastered fileset, and I also presume the tracks are the same as the original fileset since there's no mention of retracking.

However, the md5 checksum is actually lacking a line/value for d2t04 so either Ross combined d2t03 + d2t04 when he created his remastered fileset, or he forgot to include it in the fileset or simply missed the track in the md5 checksum generation -- or somebody lost the value for that track by the time it got here, which could be a cut/paste error actually.

So, if you have this source please get in touch so we can sort this out.

Thanks.
