Entire show with Oren Bloedow

# begins at end of previous track
* PA went out at 3:22, but the studio monitors continued to work.
The band continued to jam, aware of the problem.  All snaps and
crackles are from the crew trying to fix the PA's, and not
flaws in this recording. Please note the *very* loud PA boom at
6:26.  The PA resumes at 6:49.  The entire show is not normalized
or otherwise modified from the original DAT, other than fades at
the beginning and end of each set.

Additional Tracking Notes:
Set II segues over 80 minutes, so no matter what, a segue will be
cut to if you're going to burn this show as audio CD-R's.  There are
no fades or edits during the second set, so you may position the tracks
any way you want.  I opted for a 74:15 second disc, and a 21:14 disc
three.  The cut between Third Stone and Hey Joe isn't *too* bad.
