Notes:

I received master CDRs from Jamie Lykos, the taper.  He is unable to use SHN format at the moment and asked that I do an EAC>SHN for his source.  I used EAC v0.9b3 and created an "image" of each of the 2 master discs.  I then "joined" with SHNTOOLs and cut tracks with CDWAV.  All resulting WAV files were converted to SHN with MKW v0.97b1 with .SKT tables appended.

D1T16 and D2T01 flow together flawlessly, so you can cut the discs anywhere you like.

Enjoy!  -Terry
