- Track 15: Actual spelling as published by writer Buffy Sainte-Marie is "Cod'ine".  Both "Codeine" and "Codine" often appear as variations of that title.
- Track 17: Left channel out 1:03; fades back up at 1:12, then fluctuates until 1:18 when proper level returns to normal
