Notes:
----------
* Ok, here are your options.  Since the first five songs of
set II flow together and I didn't want to break that up, I
have the discs split so as to keep set I together and to
keep the five "together" tracks of set II on disc two.
Your other option would be to put the encore at the end
of disc one, which would still leave you with a 77 minute
long disc two.  Discs are cheap, just put it on three.
* I noted Apogee in the source info with a "*".  The reason
behind this notation is that I am pretty sure Adam used
an ad1000 Apogee unit, but he also owns an ad500e.
* I'm not sure what Adam did to the rig between set I and II,
but the second set has some distortion issues.  This is the
only copy that I have seen around, though.  At around
6:42 in Lifeblood, the sound clears up for the most part, so
maybe there was a house sound issue that was corrected.
